Cette réunion de 3 jours, which is a part of AWDF’s Programme de renforcement des capacités, axé sur le leadership et les communications et présenté 21 femmes dirigeantes de 8 pays d’Afrique. It also includes a 10-month coaching process.
The video illustrates a media skills training, led by Paula Fray, a media strategist and one of the coaches, where some of the participants share the amazing work their organisations are achieving for women on the continent.
