$1,000 to organize a day’s workshop for 25 des femmes artistes pour aborder les questions de l'impact de la violence sur les femmes à travers les arts de la scène, projections de films et débats.

$1,000 to undertake awareness raising activities to educate members of Marondera and Murewa communities on issues of gender based violence and to establish community GBV committees to monitor and report on cases of gender based violence

$12,000 to organize educational activities for women in the selected communities on women’s land and property rights and also to print and disseminate educational and advocacy materials on women’s land and property rights.

$20,000 to support the process of pushing for the amendment of the Interstate Succession Act including collating the views of community members in the project area.

$1,000 to raise awareness among young people on how to prevent violence against women during the MEMPROW girl’s camp and to share experiences of sexual and gender based violence faced by girls and young women in and out of school.

$15,000 to support the organisation of the Ugandan Young women leaders’ convening.

1,000 to hold two inter-district conferences for 42 stakeholders drawn from nine districts of Busoga Region (Iganga, Jinja, Kaliro, Bugiri, Namutumba, Kamuli, Mayuge, Buyenda and Busia).

$15,000 to host the 5th Uganda Feminist Forum from the 29th of May to the 1st of June 2012 in Jinja, Ouganda.

$25,000 to support the implementation of a project geared towards responding to a range of human rights violations against women and girls in the selected 8 counties of Magale, Bumbo, Bupoto, Bumwoni, Bwabwala, Bukokho, Bututu and Tsekululu in Bubulo east constituency, Mbale-Manafwa district in Eastern Uganda.

$12,000 for institutional support including the purchase of office equipment such as a laptop, a printer and a photocopier machine.
