WARDA was founded to campaign and advocate on issues affecting women’s lives, in particular violence against women and women experiencing multiple social and economic disadvantages. With the Leading from the South grant, the organisation will enhance access to justice for Somali women and girls with trainings for representatives of legal and uniformed professions on gender equality as well as discussions around strengthening the effective implementation of gender-responsive laws and policies.
