CEDI was formed in March 2008 by Mrs. Onose Martha to restore hope to the marginalised and was founded on human rights, democracy, peace and development. The organisation aims to protect and promote the psychosocial well-being and/or prevent or treat stress. CEDI also strengthens the community’s resilience for peace and conflict prevention through capacity building and gender sensitive social mobilization. The grant will be used to build the knowledge and skills of marginalized women and girls to help prevent VAWG and enhance their mental health and wellbeing.
