$1,000 to conduct a 5-day workshop for 20 selected women in four communities to educate them on issues of gender based violence and its prevention.

$10,000 to undertake series of awareness raising activities in Lofa County to advocate and educate former combatants, community leaders and members on issues of FGM and gender based violence.

$10,000 to undertake series of activities to enhance girls’ right to education; protect girls against gender based violence including FGM and create a girls-friendly learning environment in Tapita District, Nimba County.

$1,000 to help reduce the incidences of Mother to Child transmission of HIV through creating awareness amongst young women in Kakata city on the need to prevent Mother to Child Transmission of HIV and by taking advantage of the services available in Kakata, Margibi County.

$10,000 to support selected small scale women business entrepreneurs in Montserrado and Tewor Districts and Grand Cape Mount Counties to expand their businesses through training in entrepreneurship skills and the provision of trainees with micro credit to support their businesses.
