AWDF is looking for a Human Resources Manager. The candidate will be responsible for leading, planning and managing the Human Resources and Administration function of the organisation through the design, development and alignment of policies, procedures, systems and controls guiding critical human resources interventions, applications and outcomes. Working with the Director of Operations and staff to drive the accomplishment of AWDF\u2019s mission and vision and assure its responsiveness and accountability to its diverse constituents.<\/p>\n
