{"id":8281,"date":"2017-08-16T17:06:58","date_gmt":"2017-08-16T17:06:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/africlub.net\/awdf\/?p=8281"},"modified":"2021-03-19T16:10:06","modified_gmt":"2021-03-19T16:10:06","slug":"call-for-applications-world-aids-day-2017","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/awdf.org\/OldSite\/call-for-applications-world-aids-day-2017\/","title":{"rendered":"CALL FOR APPLICATIONS: WORLD AIDS DAY 2017"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span lang=\"en\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>CALL FOR APPLICATIONS: WORLD AIDS DAY 2017 \u00a0<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Young women\u2019s bodily rights, HIV prevention, and intersections with violence against women.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">For World AIDS Day 2017, AWDF is offering grants to support activities by African women\u2019s organisations focused on <strong>young women\u2019s bodily rights, HIV prevention, and intersections with violence against women. <\/strong>We encourage approaches that address the underlying needs to support young women to make positive choices around their bodies and health, and build societies that support their right to live free from violence in the context of HIV and AIDS.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">We particularly welcome applications from organisations of women living with HIV, groups of women living with disabilities, and from young women\u2019s groups. AWDF encourages innovation- so do send in your creative ideas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\"><strong>How to apply<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">Please follow the application guidelines below.
