Bisi Adeleye-Fayemi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><em><\/em>Swaziland Positive Living (SWAPOL) is\u00a0a network of women living with HIV in Swaziland. AWDF\u2019s grants over the years have helped SWAPOL grow from a small community support group to a formidable national NGO. We have supported SWAPOL&#8217;s home based care programs, food security for HIV positive families as well as income generating activities to make the women self reliant.
