In her role at the AWDF, she works with women-led organizations to build their organisational systems and leadership capacity to enable them to advocate for their and inclusive decision making processes that affects the lives of women and girls. Through this work, she has gained insights into stories of success and failure among different organizations across Africa.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nafi began her career with Oxfam Great Britain, where she worked on issues of economic empowerment, livelihoods and health. She is an alumna of the \u00a0University of Reading, UK, Cape Coast University, Ghana, African Women\u2019s Leadership Institute and Aspen Institute\u2019s New Voices Fellowship.<\/span>\nNafi Chinery est passionn\u00e9e par la promotion du d\u00e9veloppement organisationnel et le leadership des femmes en Afrique. A l\u2019AWDF, elle travaille avec des organisations dirig\u00e9es par des femmes pour construire des syst\u00e8mes organisationnels et capacit\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re de leadership, afin de leur permettre de se d\u00e9fendre, ainsi que des processus d\u00e9cisionnels inclusifs qui affectent la vie des femmes et des filles. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce travail, elle a acquis des connaissances par lees histoires de r\u00e9ussite et d’\u00e9chec des diff\u00e9rentes organisations \u00e0 travers l’Afrique.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nafi a commenc\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re avec Oxfam Grande-Bretagne o\u00f9 elle a travaill\u00e9 sur les questions d’autonomisation \u00e9conomique, les moyens de subsistance et la sant\u00e9. Elle est dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e de l’Universit\u00e9 de Reading au Royaume-Uni, de l’Universit\u00e9 de Cape Coast au Ghana, de l\u2019African Women\u2019s Leadership Institute et Aspen Institute\u2019s New Voices Fellowship.<\/span>\n
