Is your organisation led and majority staffed by women, and registered on the African continent?\u00a0\u00a0 If yes, then you can apply for the AWDF call for applications in any of the three thematic areas listed below:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. ECONOMIC SECURITY & JUSTICE <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      \n
    • Defending women\u2019s economic rights and justice including mobilising women in rural contexts, urban economies, and\/or in non-traditional work<\/li>\n
    • Building ideas and models around women\u2019s economic futures<\/li>\n
    • Defending women\u2019s land, property and inheritance rights<\/li>\n
    • Securing women\u2019s housing rights, particularly in the context of urbanisation<\/li>\n
    • Advancing climate and environmental justice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      1. BODY & HEALTH RIGHTS <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        • Ending violence against women in all forms through prevention and\/or response.<\/li>\n
        • Advancing the sexual and reproductive health and rights of women and girls, including on issues of sexual orientation, reproductive choice<\/li>\n
        • Promoting women\u2019s emotional well-being and mental health<\/li>\n
        • Prevention and management of issues around women and HIV\/AIDS<\/li>\n
        • Building awareness and feminist responses to the rise of non-communicable diseases (including cancers, diseases of lifestyle and nutrition).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
