You are really doing a very recommendable job. But the only problem is how to access this funding
We’ve started doing this task in the Muzabula remote area of solwezi town in the North-Western Province of Zambia. The reason for this is that many women are being battered by their husbands or boy friends even being murdered; recently one woman’s throat was cut by the husband. We need this to stop, all we need is your help in monitory form.
nice to hear that from you as we look forward to make this day meaningful to the public
you are doing a good job. keep it up
what are efforts being put to bring awareness to other parts/ seems yo cases are rife in uban areas
This is very credible and would actually serve as a life saving venture in Countries which are vulnerable to the disease.
You are doing very well to save the world and God bless you and increase your earning to support AIDS campaign all over Africa.
Where do we send our proposal to? I mean contact person.

This is a brilliant idea AWDF. I have asked a colleague to submit a proposal. Luapula Province in Zambia has very high stigma levels and there is need to start involving women to participate fully in such activities.

But we can bring about sustainable solutions through concerted and collective efforts. Iam a health provider and HIV positive for the last ten years.Iam in a discordant relationship which is working well with me.I run a community based organization which main focus is to reduce new infection in our country Kenya especially to new generation.Women who are HIV positive and are in a discordant relationship in my country ,are suffering because they are being divorsed by thier husbands. Most of them do not disclose their status to their husbands for fear of being left alone. This becomes very had for them to protect even their unborn babies. The organization would like to focus on discordant couples and equip them with knowledge and skills to protect their unborn babies. The AWDF is really doing great job by offering funds against violence in women.I saw this abit late, kindly considers us.

We have love to Celebrate so that the Young Youth Come up and Share their Testimonies with the people.
Hope your organization will get the fund from AWDF.
Nice Time
I work with women who support pregnant women and children under 5years, ensuring they have safe delivery at health facilities and that children do not die before the age 5. most of this women live with less than one Ghana Cedis a day yet they are determine to improve themselves and their families. they are making their own contributions hoping to get into some economic activities, we are hoping if AWDF can give us support both technical and financially, with it i believe this women will make great difference.
I work with a womens project that produces handy crafts as a volunteer I am also in the process to establish women and youth groups.Tthe HIV commemoration will be most relevant course of action to bringing the groups together and organise the activitiy as a motivational project because it will serve as a mobilization tool for them to appreciate the importance being self employed through the estalbishmet of economic project as a gate way to of financial freedom and sustainability. unemployment and lack of funds alcohol and substance abuse still remains the major contributary factor to the spread of HIV/AID among young people whom in the process passes it on to thier parents through care giving education still remains problem i believe that your organisation will be helpful in addressing the issues.
i look forward to working with your organisation
kathy

Your contributions towards HIV Prevention is highly commendable.I think there is need for more collaboration/synergy among development workers especially on HIV/AIDS related issues. Thanks a million times for making provision for World AIDS Day.
We, (take1 Productions), is a Kenyan Independent Video Production house, founded in 2008 by a team of Television Producers / Directors and Radio Journalists, committed to producing & disseminating, Features, News, Documentary and Drama video formats by and with Kenyan children. These products capture and tell about children’s issues as well as how they feel about or are affected by what is going on around them.
We have since moved on to take on other challenges, in production and media to give a chance for the children who are also moving on to keep in touch and be afforded an opportunity to develop their works and talents. Demands for media products has also been growing and there is need to go for more adult productions while giving emphasis to Kenyan children.
We hope we shall one day get an opportunity to get involved in all the wonderful projects that you fund because once recorded, other groups can benefit by seeing/hearing experiences from others
